Sanden App is your all-in-one solution for managing the health and maintenance of your cold chain equipment. Whether it's your refrigerator, chiller, chest freezer, or other cooling solutions, this app allows seamless submission of your service request for repairs, parts replacement, and general maintenance. User can receive real-time updates on the status of their request and viewing of their service reports.

What type of information we collect?

CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION DATA

  • Address: Residential for communication and service delivery.
  • Contact Number: Phone number for reaching out regarding service requests or updates.
  • Email Address: An email for communication and sending service-related information

BUSINESS INFORMATION DATA

  • Business Name: The registered business name.
